The Britt Festival Orchestra 2024 Season

Three weeks of thrilling outdoor programming in historic Jacksonville, Oregon, June 13–29, 2024, is what the Britt Festival Orchestra (BFO) has announced for its 2024 season. The 62nd season of the Orchestra, conducted by Guest Conductor Alexandra Arrieche and Artistic Advisor Peter Bay, features both popular classical pieces and scores from popular films. This season's exceptional soloists include pianist Gabriela Montero, violinist Geneva Lewis, and violinist Alex Gonzalez. The violinists will perform Beethoven's Violin Concerto, Chaconne from The Red Violin by John Corigliano respectivly, while cellist Joshua Roman performs Tan Dun's Crouching Tiger Concerto from Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.
