Britt Festival Pavilion Rules

Britt Festival Pavilion wants to make sure that every guest has a safe and enjoyable visit. To ensure that this goal is met, the owners have outlined a list of rules and policies below Please read and adhere to the following rules as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion from the venue without refund. Accessibility Policy

The Britt Festival Pavilion strives to provide an inclusive environment for all guests. Any specific accommodations can be requested in advance, and staff will gladly assist. Unloading can be done near the wheelchair-accessible seating and restrooms. Limited seating is available for those with disabilities and is subject to availability. Any special seating requirements should be requested when booking concert tickets.

  • Patron unloading is available near accessible seating and restrooms. 
  • Limited ADA seating for persons with disabilities is available and is subject to availability. ADA seating must be requested when purchasing tickets. 
  • Wheelchair and mobility device accessible seating is available at both Reserved and General Admission (lawn) prices. 

Reserved ADA seating is located directly in front of Section A, adjacent to the front lawn area. General Admission ADA seating is located in Section A, Row L. One companion seat is available for purchase in both seating areas.

Limited accessible parking is available across the street from the main entrance. These spaces may be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis when tickets are purchased. A valid state-issued permit is required for the accessible parking lot. Please call for reservations or more information.

Arrival Policy

For certain events, arriving late may result in guests being asked to wait in the lobby until a designated break period. To avoid frustration, The Britt Festival Pavilion recommends that you arrive no later than 45 minutes before a ticketed event to make sure you have plenty of time to find parking and get to your seat.

Bag Policy

Large bags are not allowed in the venue. Smaller bags may be subject to inspection by event staff and security. Guests may refuse searches and event staff reserves the right to refuse entry.

Cancellation Policy

The Britt Festival Pavilion will make every effort to announce cancellations due to artist cancellation as soon as possible. If your ticketed event is canceled, please call 1-855-310-2525 to ask about rescheduling or ticket refund procedures and policies.

Cell Phones and Electronic Devices

All guests are asked to set their cell phones or any other electronic devices to silent or vibrate mode during performances to prevent disruptions and to maintain enjoyment for all attendees. If a call needs to be taken or made, guests are requested to step outside the seating area.

Children Policy

The Britt Festival Pavilion allows children entry into most shows at the venue. If a show or event is age-restricted it will be described as such in the program description or program guide. If a child is disruptive during an event, the child and their accompanying parent or guardian may be asked to wait in the lobby. 

A responsible adult must accompany all children and minors at all times. Certain events may have age restrictions or recommendations. It is advised to check the event details before purchasing tickets.

All guests require a ticket regardless of age.

Dress Code Policy

While no strict dress code exists, guests are encouraged to dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather and the occasion. Offensive or disruptive attire is not permitted.

Food Policy

Refreshments are available from concessions stands before the show and during intermission. While outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted, guests are encouraged to support the venue’s concessions which contribute to the continuation of the festival.

Alcoholic drinks can be purchased within the venue, with consumption confined to designated areas. A valid ID is required to buy alcohol, and underage drinking will not be tolerated.

General Conduct

All guests are asked to respect the performers, staff, and fellow music enthusiasts by maintaining appropriate conduct during the event. Any disruptive or offensive behavior that interferes with others’ enjoyment will not be tolerated.

Lost and Found Policy

Lost an item at an event? You can ask event staff for help with finding the lost and found service. You can also call 541-773-6077 or 1-800-882-7488 after the performance. Please be prepared to leave your full name, contact information, and a detailed description of your lost item. The Britt Festival Pavilion does not claim responsibility for your lost possessions.

Pets and Animals

Except for service animals, pets and animals are not permitted within the venue. Guests are requested to make appropriate arrangements for their pets before attending an event.

Photography and Recording

Unless specified by the event organizers, professional cameras, audio or video recording devices, and drones are prohibited. Personal photography and recording are usually permitted, but guests are advised not to block views or cause distractions.

Prohibited Items

The Britt Festival Pavilion restricts certain items to keep guests and event staff safe. Please refer to the list below for details. All bags and guests are subject to visual inspections and any prohibited items may be disposed of or returned to guest vehicles. To avoid frustration, please refer to the list below.

  • Alcoholic or other Beverages 
  • Artificial Noise Makers 
  • Audio or Video Recording equipment 
  • Cameras (camera policies vary on an event by event basis) 
  • Bags (larger than 10”x 8”x 8”) 
  • Cans, Glass or Metal containers 
  • Fireworks or any Explosive 
  • Food and Beverage 
  • Illegal Drugs 
  • Knives of any size 
  • Laser Pointers 
  • Masks 
  • Promotional items with commercial identification 
  • Tape Recorders 
  • Large golf or non-telescopic umbrellas 
  • Weapons of any description, including firearms
  • Signs, banners, flags or any other items that would either obstruct the view of a patron or serve as a dangerous projectile or security risk. 
    Other items that in the judgment of Britt Festival Pavilion management pose a safety risk
  • or diminish the enjoyment of an event by other patrons. 

Re-entry Policy

Once inside the venue, event organizers may only allow re-entry if specified. Guests should plan accordingly to ensure they have everything needed before entering the venue.

Refusal of Entry or Removal

The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who fails to comply with the venue rules, exhibits disruptive behavior, or poses a safety risk to others.

Safety and Security

The safety of all guests is a priority for the Britt Festival Pavilion. Guests are requested to comply with security measures, including bag checks and metal detector screenings. Prohibited items such as weapons or illegal substances will be confiscated, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Seating Policy

Guests are advised to refer to their tickets, adhere to the seating arrangements provided, and respect the space of others. Standing or dancing may be allowed during certain performances, but guests are asked to be considerate of those seated behind them.

An update has been made to the policy for low-profile chairs in the lawn area. Guests can bring single-sized, low-profile lawn chairs that are at most 6 inches from the ground to the seat and not higher than 32 inches in total from the ground to the top of the chair. Chairs can be rented at the venue. Regular lawn chairs are allowed in designated zones (at the rear and sides of the general seating lawn area). However, space is limited.

Late seating disrupts the experience for other guests. Those arriving late will be asked to wait for a break in the performance before taking their seats. It is recommended to arrive early for smooth entry.

Smoking Policy

The venue is non-smoking. Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited on the venue premises. Event staff will happily direct you to designated smoking areas outside of the venue.

Weather Conditions

In case of rain or other adverse weather conditions, outdoor performances may be delayed, relocated, or canceled. Guests are advised to check the venue’s website or social media channels for updates and instructions.
