In 2024, the Britt Festival Orchestra (BFO) will return to historic Jacksonville, Oregon, for three weeks of thrilling outdoor programming from June 13th to the 29th. Film scores will be included in the 62nd season of the Orchestra, which is conducted by Guest Conductor Alexandra Arrieche and overseen by Artistic Advisor Peter Bay. This season's lineup features four exceptional soloists: Gabriela Montero on piano, Geneva Lewis on violin, Alex Gonzalez on violin, and Joshua Roman on cello. Montero performs Grieg's Piano Concerto, Lewis plays Beethoven's Violin Concerto, and Gonzalez performs John Corigliano's Chaconne from The Red Violin.
