The Britt Festival Orchestra 2024 Season

Over June 13–29, 2024, Jacksonville, Oregon will play host to three weeks of thrilling outdoor programming presented by the Britt Festival Orchestra (BFO). With Artistic Advisor Peter Bay at the helm and Guest Conductor Alexandra Arrieche on board, the 62nd season of the Orchestra will feature both popular classical pieces and scores from the film industry. Piano soloist Gabriela Montero performs Grieg's Piano Concerto, violinist Geneva Lewis plays Beethoven's Violin Concerto, violinist Alex Gonzalez plays a piece by John Corigliano from the film score of The Red Violin, and cellist Joshua Roman plays a piece by Tan Dun from the film score of Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.
